Our mission
Creating invaluable experiences for young people to show and make their ideas heard.
We believe young people's ideas change society when they have a place to try them out and people who back them.
What we do
We're just getting started. These are the areas we're building our work around.
-
Mentoring youth projects
We help young people think an idea through, make a plan and take the first steps alongside experienced mentors.
-
Erasmus+ initiatives
We develop Erasmus+ youth projects and youth exchanges where young people from Estonia meet peers from across Europe.
-
Conferences
We bring together young people, experts and decision-makers to talk about the issues that really matter to young people.
-
Projects
Together with young people, we run initiatives that tackle real problems in their communities.
-
Workshops
Hands-on workshops on developing ideas, public speaking, teamwork and project management.
From idea to stage
This is how an idea travels from a thought to the stage with us.
-
Idea
You have a thought, a problem you want to solve, or simply the urge to make something happen. That's enough to start.
-
Mentoring
Together we work out who the idea is for and what the first step is. A mentor helps you see what's easy to miss on your own.
-
Team and plan
You find people who believe in your idea and set out a plan, a budget and a timeline.
-
Stage
Your idea reaches people: as an event, a project, a talk or an international collaboration.
