About us
Ideelava NGO is a non-profit based in Tallinn, focused on young people aged 16–30. We founded Ideelava in 2026 so that young people have a place to try out ideas and people who back them.

Why Ideelava
Many good ideas end up in a drawer – not because they're bad, but because the encouragement, the skills or the chance to present them is missing. Ideelava wants to change that.
Our name says what we do: an idea needs a stage. That stage can be a workshop where you say your idea out loud for the first time, a mentor who helps you make a plan, or an international project where an idea can grow alongside peers from other countries.
We're a young organisation building our work step by step. Everything we do starts from young people themselves: their questions, interests and ideas.

Mentoring youth projects
We help young people think an idea through, make a plan and take the first steps alongside experienced mentors.

Erasmus+ initiatives
We develop Erasmus+ youth projects and youth exchanges where young people from Estonia meet peers from across Europe.

Conferences
We bring together young people, experts and decision-makers to talk about the issues that really matter to young people.

Projects
Together with young people, we run initiatives that tackle real problems in their communities.

Workshops
Hands-on workshops on developing ideas, public speaking, teamwork and project management.
